LET’S TALK AFTER THE COST OF LIVING HAS COME DOWN-James Orengo to President William Ruto.
Siaya Governor James Orengo wants President William Ruto to drop the Finance Act 2023 and ensure the cost of living drops before talks with the opposition leader Raila Odinga begin.
The said talk are to be spearheaded by a 10-member committee comprising of Kenya Kwanza and Azimio representatives.
Speaking during the official opening of the Ksh 18.8 million modern market in Siaya , Orengo said that Raila should not accept to leave out cost of living talks .
He also added that Ruto must first drop the Finance Act before the talks begin.
