Angry residents of Tala mob a suspected thief
Police officers in Tala, Matungulu Sub-county came to the rescue of one man who’s suspected of conducting theft in the area from the hands of an angry mob .
According to eye witnesses, the man , who was very clean and neat was being pursued by the mob when he decided to take cover inside a sewer trench outside a bank in Tala.
The witnesses also said that the man had broken into an M-pesa shop.
He stayed in the sewer for a while before the police came and saved him . He is currently detained as further investigation continues.
