Man dies after falling from 5th floor in Nairobi.
Police are investigating an incident in which a 45-year-old man died after falling from the fifth floor of a building under construction in Lucky Summer area, Nairobi.
John Kakuta died on the spot after slipping and falling to the ground. Police said he suffered serious head and rib injuries.
He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead On arrival.
“The building had reached the seventh floor at the time of the incident and there were more than ten other workers at the site,” police said.
Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei said the incidents are under probe by various agencies, and that they are pursuing all the reported cases for action.
