Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka on Thursday paid a heartfelt visit to Raila Odinga’s Opoda Farm in Bondo, where he joined mourners in honouring the late opposition chief.

Dressed in jungle green attire and carrying a spear and shield, Kalonzo made a dramatic and symbolic entrance, leading his delegation in the powerful chant “Jowi! Jowi!” a revered Luo cry reserved for heroes and great leaders.

The Wiper team had set out from Kisumu early Thursday morning, stopping first at the Opoda homestead to offer condolences before heading to Kango Kajaramogi, the final resting place of the ODM leader.

In a gesture rich with African tradition and unity, Kalonzo’s delegation also presented the Odinga family with 150 head of cattle a cultural token of respect, solidarity, and shared grief between communities, underscoring the deep bond between the Wiper and ODM families.
