Two arrested as Sh4 million and cocaine recovered in Buruburu.

Two suspected drug mules were arrested on Thursday during an anti-narcotics police operation in Harambee, Buruburu. Cocaine with an estimated value of about Sh2 million was found in their possession.

The two individuals were also discovered with more than Sh4 million in cash, three test tubes, and a digital weighing machine.

The seized money included $12,600 in US dollars, 15 Euros, Tzshs 24,000, 10,000 Angolan Kwanza, and Sh509,495.

The suspects were carrying packages containing 18 pellets of cocaine, collectively weighing 244 grams.

Police stated that these pellets were intended for transportation to an unknown destination.

The money was stored in a drawer within the house.

Authorities are actively searching for additional suspects related to the case. Both suspects are Kenyan nationals, according to the police.
