Mumias Constituency member of Parliament Peter Salasya met Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi on Thursday 29th June 2023.
The youthful Mumias East lawmaker says that he has met Mudavadi to discuss matters revival of Mumias Sugar Company. In his quest to see the ailing sugar miller back in business, MP Salasya says he will hold conversations from leaders from all political factions in the country.
“This afternoon I have had fruitful discussions with [Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi] to discuss plight facing Mumias sugar .I asked him for political support goodwill,” he says.
He adds: “For the first time I will be looking for political support from all leaders from western for political goodwill support because the enemies including politicians who doesn’t want to see Mumias Sugar Company being revived are so many. I will approach all of them and those against I will bring them to the public notice.”
