The ongoing dispute between Stella Mengele and gospel artist Stephen Kasolo has taken a new turn after Mengele issued seven conditions that must be met within 24 hours for the case to be withdrawn. In a statement shared online, Mengele expressed her desire for peace but maintained that the matter would proceed in court if her conditions were not met.

Mengele, who claims to have endured harassment and false accusations since February, emphasized that she never provoked or asked anyone to insult her and is now demanding transparency and accountability.

Here are the seven conditions she has outlined for Kasolo:

  1. Publication of All Conversations – Mengele has demanded that all text messages, WhatsApp chats, and audio recordings from 2023 be made public, including any messages where she is accused of discussing her marriage or allegedly asking someone to insult Zipporah.
  2. Full Disclosure from Ndeke – She has asked Ndeke to publish all their private conversations since they met and to provide proof of claims that she sent him to target others.
  3. Revealing Ndeke’s Conversations with Kasolo – Mengele insists that all text messages, pictures, and video chats between Ndeke and Kasolo be made public to clarify their long-standing feud, which has reportedly dragged in innocent parties.
  4. Truth About Grootveld Lady – She demands the full story regarding the so-called ‘Grootveld lady’ be disclosed, stating that only a few people know the real truth behind this matter. She refutes claims of body shaming and insists that all relevant details be made public.
  5. Public Apology and Live TikTok Chat – Mengele wants Kasolo to apologize to everyone he has insulted and shamed on social media and to hold a live TikTok discussion with her to clear the air.
  6. Signing of an MOU – To prevent future conflicts, Mengele suggests signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the presence of three elders from each side, ensuring that if such issues arise again, there will be no further negotiations.
  7. Payment of Court Costs – She insists that Kasolo should cover all court expenses incurred so far before the case can be closed.

Mengele made it clear that failure to meet these conditions would mean the matter proceeds to court, where all evidence will be presented, and a judge will determine the truth.

As the deadline approaches, all eyes are now on Stephen Kasolo to see whether he will comply with Mengele’s demands or let the case unfold in court
