KUCCPS Warns Students Against Fake Transfer Links After 2026 Placement Results

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service has cautioned students and parents against fraudulent online links purporting to process inter-institutional transfer requests following the release of the 2026 placement results.

In a public notice, KUCCPS clarified that the transfer application portal has not yet been opened, warning that any websites, messages or social media posts claiming to offer the service are fake.

The agency advised applicants to wait for an official announcement, noting that the application dates will only be communicated through its official website, student portal and verified social media platforms.

The warning comes after online posters began circulating
