Authorities in Machakos have launched investigations after a bodaboda rider was discovered dead under unclear circumstances near Masokani Trading Centre.
According to traffic police officers, the man’s body was spotted close to a bridge along the Kenol–Komarock stretch. Preliminary observations indicated he had suffered visible injuries, among them a broken leg.
The body has since been moved to the Machakos Level 5 Hospital mortuary for postmortem examination as detectives piece together what might have led to his death.
Police are now appealing to members of the public to provide any information that could shed light on the incident.
