Protesters chant as they chain themselves at the Milimani Law Courts amid Finance Act ruling.
Dressed in sacks , Human Rights Activists on Monday chained themselves on the grills of the Milimani Law Courts wall.
This protest happened just minutes before a High Court ruling on the Finance Act petition.
The court has however begun , where Lady Justice Mugure Thande is set to hear the case of Okiya Omtatah Vs Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung’u
